Last Saturday Innes and I invited our capoeira group to a celebratory dinner at Pozo Suruapo — a local posada and favorite among ECA teachers. We weren’t really celebrating anything in particular, just good people and good food at a good location.
They serve a six course Uruguayan parrilla that is well…let it suffice to say that they truly know what they are doing. This was our third time there but our first time staying in one of the cabins they rent on the weekends. The cabins are pleasant and made for relaxing. Our friends Nadjib and the Isoms booked a room as well, and as Innes said in his post: “it kinda all just came together.”
