Power Out
A new thrill. According to the news, more than 12 of the 23 states are without electricity, including the one in which we live. The government immediately blamed the far-right opposition and said they will have power back on in a couple hours. I’ll start the clock.
I’m able to push out this post because our school has an emergency generator. Admin has cancelled after school activities so all students will be heading home to share family stories by candlelight.
Me? I might try to drink some of the beers in the fridge before they become too warm. Oooh, and there is that homemade ice cream sitting in our freezer….dessert before dinner tonight?

At least you know how to live without electricity. I hope it came on not to late after they promised. But, dessert before dinner has never ruined my appetite. 🙂
