Big Rig, What?

How in Hugo Chavez’ good name did this truck get on our street with its trailer? One rarely ever sees big trucks in Caracas because the infrastructure can’t accommodate. Most streets (like ours) are skinny anyways and with cars parked on both sides wherever they want…it’s an oddity for sure, but still fino cambur.
